Broken hp LaserJet 4250 !

加松下的粉試試(I have written somewhere on the forum before I think, but I get error messages while trying to post there?
My printer hp LaserJet 4250 is broken.
1. The paper is jamming just behind Tray 1 manual feeding area.
2. The laserink don抰 fits/pastes on the paper. It is just like powder while touching the laserink on the paper.
3. A very loud noise is coming from the backside of the printer.
If i open the hatch on the back the paper wont come out that way anyway.

How to fix it exactly and what exactly is wrong? Have all errors the same origin?

Remove the back door. You open it and push on the left bottom part until it pops out. Then there are 2 blue latches on the fuser. Squeeze them and pull it out. Look in the printer on the left side. If you see a pile of gray dust, that's the drive gear teeth.
