service call for a cannon ir1024,
the customer only had the machine for 8 months but got no service from cannon.
the problem is the machine is always saying toner low replace soon even though there is a full toner in the machine!!!
Any ideas on what it could be??
I belive that it either faulty toner or the dev unit but as im not trained on cannon machines i would like a bit of help

i can't use the printer , is showing " Unable to Init. 4f "
