復(fù)位方法
reset your WorkCentre and will help to clear error codes.
1. Find the pink Clear button on the Control Panel of the WorkCentre.
2. Find the button below the word Auto.
3. Press these buttons in the following sequence: [Clear], [Auto], [Clear], [Auto]
NOTE: All of the lights on the Control Panel should go out and the LED Display should go blank. If the lights do not go out, then repeat step 3 until they do. It may be necessary to increase or decrease the pace of the [Clear], [Auto], [Clear], [Auto] sequence.
4. Press the [10's] key one time and the [1's] key four times to enter '14' in the LED Display, as if you were to make 14 copies.
5. Press the green [Start] button.
6. Press the pink [Clear] button two times.
7. The WorkCentre should now warm up and come to ready.
8. If the above steps do not clear the error code, repeat steps 3 to 6 a second time.
常見故障問(wèn)題解答 2011-6-9 9:29:37 施樂(lè)XD100數(shù)碼復(fù)印機(jī)，開機(jī)后機(jī)器自檢轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)，風(fēng)扇轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)，定影燈亮，但曝光燈一直常亮，并且在2到3公分的距離不停來(lái)回運(yùn)動(dòng)，大約60秒后曝光燈熄滅，面板出現(xiàn)E7故障代碼，機(jī)器無(wú)法打印復(fù)印。按復(fù)印鍵出現(xiàn)15代碼（可能是副代碼）。本人在網(wǎng)上得知XD100與SHARP-AL1240是同類機(jī)型，并且得知SHARP-AL1240主代碼：E7，副代碼：15的故障內(nèi)容：曝光燈斷開；故障詳細(xì)情況：曝光燈或曝光燈驅(qū)動(dòng)回路（變換器電路板）不良，曝光燈接觸不良。 但本人已對(duì)連接主板到曝光燈的唯一排線作了檢查（正常），鏡頭做了清結(jié)，激光頭也做了清結(jié)。但現(xiàn)在故障依然存在
