Ricoh Afcio 2027 error messages SC 865, SC925 & SC997. Does anyone know what this means and have a solution to release?
I don't know much about these and its more a copier question so I don't think you'll get much response on this forum. Anyway they all seem to deal with a HD error, firmware, ram, or DIMM board. I would unplug the hard drive if it has one and see what happens. Some machines dont care if you unplug the Hard drive others do. Im not very familiar with that model other than PM's so I dont know what response you'll get if you unplug it. On alot of copiers the hard drive is used for fax, scan, and network functions so you might loose those and it revert to just a plain copier but it might help in determining the malfunction.
