Before replace 1Gb memory reseat all verticaly , horizontaly DIMM's from network controller board.
Then perform nvm init = press , hold the 3, the Stop, , the Power Save buttons simultaneously , power on the machine , keep the buttons pressed until the segment bar appears on display.
If , after replacing the 1GB memory, the fault remain you need to reload machine software.
