定影馬達錯誤-馬達啟動之后，在2 秒或更長時間之內(nèi)沒有檢測到鎖定狀態(tài)。定影馬達上超過負荷。
對 策： 關(guān)閉主電源再將其打開。
E014原因
定影馬達 （M11）斷路或接觸不好。直流控制器印刷電路板故障。
注意 1：
如果機器顯示在 E000 到 E003 的范圍，關(guān)機重啟以后無法復位錯誤，需要執(zhí)行下列維修模式項：COPIER>FUNCTION>CLER>ERR。
注意 2：
如果機器出現(xiàn)的錯誤是定影輥使用值達到上限。更換定影組件或定影上輥，執(zhí)行下列維修模式項：COPIER>COUNTER>MISC>FX-UP-RL。
注意 3：
如果更換了直流控制器印刷電路板或初始化了直流控制器上的隨機存儲器，確保在下列維修模式項中輸入在更換或初始化之前的讀取值：
COPIER>COUNTER>MISC>FX-UPRL。
注意 4：

Causes The fixing motor (M19) is faulty. The DC controller PCB is faulty.
Remedy
1. Connector Is the connector of the fixing motor connected? NO: Connect the connector.
2. Main power supply PCB Is the drive voltage (24 V) of the fixing motor supplied by the main power supply PCB? Main power supply PCB: between J202-3 (24VU1-S) and J202-4 (OVU1) NO: Replace the main power supply PCB.
3. Fixing motor (M19), DC controller PCB Press the Start key. Is the lock signal of the fixing motor present at the connector (J312) on the DC controller PCB? Lock signal: J312-B4 (FSRM_LOCK*) the DC controller PCB change from 0 to about5 V? YES: Replace the fixing motor. NO: Replace the DC controller PCB.
