error 077-311 which I cannot get rid of. So far I have replaced:
- IOT PWB
- MCU PWB
- AC power supply
- HVPS
- entire duplex drawer
- female connector (machine side) for duplex drawer
When running 077-016 (inverter motor) in component control, the motor runs, but does not stop. Which it should (according to service manual) when the inverter sensor detects.
Check:
machine 24 volts, front door interlock switch.
voltage from LVPS finisher power supply 24 Volts.

孔噔撿 2019-10-13 開(kāi)機(jī)不報(bào)，卡紙取完紙推進(jìn)去后就報(bào)077-311，如果直接關(guān)機(jī)開(kāi)機(jī)也會(huì)報(bào)，需要關(guān)機(jī)后拉開(kāi)雙面器過(guò)一會(huì)再重啟。
可以打印但是又重復(fù)卡紙-報(bào)錯(cuò)。
已經(jīng)換了整個(gè)雙面器組件，換到另外一臺(tái)不報(bào)錯(cuò)。
檢查了后面接觸的地方?jīng)]有碎紙片。
也把分頁(yè)器和主機(jī)的門(mén)開(kāi)關(guān)互換了。
雙面器上報(bào)錯(cuò)，注意檢查主機(jī)背后數(shù)據(jù)插座是不是斷了。
雙面器背上的插座，在卡紙后，很容易斷的。
有時(shí)會(huì)因?yàn)殡p面器的接觸不好會(huì)報(bào)錯(cuò)的。
