Description Transfer belt pressure welding alienation
• The transfer belt retraction sensor does not detect “switch from retraction to pressure” within a given period time after transfer belt retraction clutch has stared engagement. • The transfer belt retraction sensor does not detect “switch from pressure to retraction” within a given period time after transfer belt retraction clutch has stared engagement.
Remedy
1 Check the connector between M1-PRCB CN14 for proper connection and correct as necessary.
2 Check the connector of M1 for proper drive coupling and correct as necessary.
3 Check the connector between PS39-relay CN124-PRCB CN3 for proper connection and correct as necessary.
4 Check the connector between CL5-relay CN103-PRCB CN24 for proper connection and correct as necessary.
5 PS39 I/O check, sensor check PRCB CN3-15 (ON)
6 CL5 operation check PRCB CN24-4 (ON)
7 M1 operation check PRCB CN14-2 (REM) PRCB CN14-5 (LOCK) C-2 to 5
8 Change M1.
9 PRCB ICP5 conduction check.
10 Change PRCB.
震旦158b 蔣弄妮 2018/12/28 20:56:34 開機(jī)的時(shí)候出現(xiàn)異響,并且跳錯(cuò)誤代碼C2152,特別是打印彩色圖片的時(shí)候更容易出現(xiàn)這個(gè)代碼，把轉(zhuǎn)印帶拉出來(lái)整一整，側(cè)蓋的轉(zhuǎn)印座也清潔一下就可以，用一段時(shí)間又出同樣故障，到底是哪里出問題需換什么配件,C2152是轉(zhuǎn)印帶釋放壓力系統(tǒng)的問題！ 轉(zhuǎn)印帶壓合分離器故障。 轉(zhuǎn)印帶縮回操作期間,轉(zhuǎn)印帶縮回傳感器無(wú)法在轉(zhuǎn)印 帶縮回離合器開啟后的預(yù)定時(shí)間間隔內(nèi)檢測(cè)到轉(zhuǎn)印帶 是否位于其縮回位置。
