Cause
Colour regustration sensor (C-4661 - Yellow, C-4662 Magenta, C-4663 - Cyan, C-4664 Black)
Resolution
Step 1.
Clean the eyes
Step 1.
1 open the front door 〔l〕 of the main body.
Loosen the screws（2]（2 pieces.
2Open the toner hopper unit door1]
3Pull up the right lever f1l and left lever 2]
frontward，and then pul out the process unit 13].
Important Hold the center of the lever when operatngt|t。
this is the section to clean
sce close up to the right the 3 sensors are behind shutters that need to be lifted up to clean the sensor Color registration sensor shutter/FrColor registration sensor shutter/Rr PGC sensor shutter
Step 2.
Power the machine OFF from the main switch leaving the sub switch ON.
Turn main power switch ON while pressing the Utility/Counter key. Keep holding it till the comes up in Service mode.
