1 Turn the printer off and on to reset the printer. 2 Reconnect connector J901 on the scanner motor PCA, relay connector J40, and connector J211 on the controller board. 3 Measure the voltage across connector J647- B11 (24UH) and J647-4 (GND) on the main relay PCA after the printer is turned on. If the voltage is not 24 V, replace the power supply. 4 Measure the voltage across connector J211-7 (SCND) and J211-6 (GND) on the controller board after the printer is turned on. If the voltage changes from 0 V to 17 V or more, replace the laser/scanner unit. 5 Replace the laser/scanner unit. 6 Replace the controller board.
